Reorganization for 2018
Application No. 18-03
Property: 25 Rittenhouse Place, Ardmore, PA 19003
Applicant: Amy McCann, Common Space
The applicant proposes to install lettering and a logo onto a brick façade above the storefront windows. The proposed graphic elements would be mounted directly to the surface rather than a backing.

Application to replace existing aluminum frame double front doors with a pair of new Marvin doors.
Application No. 18-02
Property: 323 Righters Mill Road, Gladwyne, PA 19035

Application was tabled in January. Applicant proposes to remove a rear addition on a narrow Victorian-era home and construct a larger rear addition. The applicant returns with two new options for the addition, after consultation with a HARB subcommittee since the January meeting.
Application No. 18-05
Property: 43 Cricket Avenue, Ardmore, PA 19003

Renovations to the façade were reviewed by the HARB several times in 2016. Construction issues led to a deviation from the originally approved storefront windows. The applicant returns to request approval for the storefront as built, including window arrangement.
