Land Development Permit
    1    1010 North Spring Mill Road, Villanova – Meadowbrook – Class 2 – 2017-LD-19
Application to subdivide the 12-acre property into 4 lots. The Historical Commission reviewed a plan to subdivide the property into six lots in June, 2015. Since then, the applicant has granted a conservation easement for a portion of the property. They return with a plan to subdivide the property into four lots, as shown on sheet 4 of the submitted site plans.

Demolition/Renovation Permit
    2    1016 Spring Mill Road, Villanova – Stoke Pogis Lodge – Class 2 – 2017-R-18
This structure is found on the proposed Lot 4 of application 2017-LD-19. Proposed is a rear two-story addition to replace an existing one-story shed roofed addition. The building will be evaluated for other needs and will be repaired/restored in kind as required. The original application was tabled in July, 2017.
