Due to a discrepancy in Township records, this resource (HA080) had been falsely listed under a past address, 515 W. Montgomery Avenue. Although the project is now underway, the architect comes to the Historical Commission to provide information about the project, which includes a new rear porch and other modifications to the rear of the residence.

Construction of a garden memorial to a deceased teacher in the front yard of this former residence, now used for Harcum College offices. The memorial will be oval shaped with a stone sitting wall, 24" high, with bluestone cap.

Owner proposes to construct a 4-story apartment structure for 22 units over an underground parking area located on the western part of the property. The historic resources on the property include a 110-unit apartment building and a chapel converted into a medical office building. Applicant previously appeared before the HC on May 23, 2016 and returns with modifications to the façade of the proposed new building.
