Demolition/Renovation Permit

       1   298 Tower Lane, Penn Valley – Class 2 – 2017-R-2

Installation of a pool and deck adjoining the historic resource and an addition built in 2009-10.

       2   1862 Aloha Lane, Gladwyne – Class 2 – 2017-R-3

Replacement of windows in historic carriage house; main resource was demolished in 2010.

       3   227 Ivy Lane, Haverford – Class 2 – 2017-R-4

Various alterations including a new front portico, new sunroom windows, kitchen expansion, new attached 2-car garage with breezeway, and new garage and man doors at the existing garage.

       4   330 Gypsy Lane – Class 2 – 2016-R-25

Amendments to previous applications. Current application would remove previous unapproved modifications, remove a rear patio, convert circular front driveway to a gravel path, and proceed with an addition on the rear of the ca. 2004 attached garage.

       5   742 Argyle Road, Wynnewood – Torah Academy – Class 2 – 2017-R-5

A two-story addition to the northwest corner of the historic school building, replacement of all windows in the school, new lighting, new fencing to surround the property, and enclosure of the disused “ceremonial” front entrance (facing Argyle Rd.) with recessed windows.
