AGENDA

  • ACTION

    Land Development Plan

    1. 609-610/615-620 Righters Ferry Road, Bala Cynwyd – Class 2 – 2016-LD-22
The Pencoyd Landing project would redevelop a portion of the former Pencoyd Iron Works site along the Schuylkill River. The redevelopment would demolish the existing warehouses and would improve the site with a new hotel. The project would leave the historic resource (HRI #BC061) untouched.

    2. 306 Bala Avenue, Bala Cynwyd – Class 2 – 2016-LD-14
A proposal for redeveloping this site, which includes a Horace Trumbauer-designed residence, was heard by the HC on April 25. The applicant returns with revised elevations of the seven new homes to be built on the property and material details.
